All dogs must be up to date on shots. They need to include current weight, Rabies, Distemper, bordetello and proof of flea and tick preventive. Proof of current shots needs to be faxed to 410-442-0110. They go directly to the person who logs them into the computer. If you hand carry or email them you will be charged a $10 handling fee to send them to the proper location.
Specific desk times: for check in, check out and tours are between the hours of 7-9am and 5-7 pm, 7 days per week. This is how we keep our prices low for you. In between times we have grooming appointments,walking, play groups etc. So be courteous and don't take time away from the pets. If you don't abide by these times you will be charged a $50 interruption fee.
Food containers: all food must be in a hard plastic or metal container labelled. This is to prevent infestations. We do not use any pesticides for the safety of the pets.
Bringing personal items: collars and leashes need to be taken with you when you leave. We do not have anywhere to store them and they may get lost. Medications need to be in a pill sorter. We do not want the whole bottle it may get misplaced. We have plenty of blankets and toys, yours may end up in the laundry or your toys may end up carried outside. Please do not bring them.

If checked out after 9:00am, there will be a charge for an extra day. This additional charge is due to your dog being walked 3-4 times, fed, and taking up the run for the day.
We have no hidden charges: our rates include walking and playtime 3–4 times a day. We provide bedding and bowls. No pet beds are allowed due to stuffing. There is no way to properly clean and disinfect if soiled.
Insulin administration and application of Frontline or Advantix costs extra.

No refund of deposit for holiday and summer weeks. If we are able to re-book your entire reservation, you will be given a credit towards a future stay.
Since our inception in 1997, we have been partners with our Howard and Carroll County communities. We are sensitive to the environment and community. We have indoor runs only and multiple built–in noise barriers, to prevent disruption to neighbors and community. We participate and sponsor multiple school fundraisers per year.
