Our Pet Care Facility Policies

Policies and Procedures:

• All dogs must be up to date with required vaccinations
• All dogs must be on flea and tick medications Frontline or Advantix
• All dogs must be able to walk on a leash
• All dogs are walked 3–4 times a day, 365 day per year.
• Walking starts at 6am daily and last walk around 7pm.
• All dogs are walked on grass for approx. 10 min. each walk.

Check in/out and Tour times:

7:00am–9:00am, 7 days a week
5:00pm–7:00pm, 7 days a week
** These are the times a receptionist/cashier is at the desk

Rates and Payment

Rates are per day, like a hotel. If you check out after 9:00 a.m., you will be charged another day. This is because your dog will be fed again, walked several more times and using the run for that day.

We have no hidden charges: our rates include walking and playtime 3–4 times a day, medication administration, eye drops and ear drop administration. We provide bedding and bowls. No pet beds are allowed due to stuffing. There is no way to properly clean and disinfect if soiled.

Insulin administration and application of Frontline or Advantix costs extra.

Deposits

• $25 for off season or short weekends.
• $75 for summer and holiday weeks.

** There is a 3 day minimum for summer and holiday weeks.

Cancellation Policy

No refund of deposit for holiday and summer weeks. Cancel less than a week prior to your reservation or lose your deposit. You will receive a credit towards future stay if you cancel within an appropriate time frame on off season bookings.

Giving Back: Our Community Involvement

Since our inception in 1997, we have been partners with our Howard and Carroll County communities. We are sensitive to the environment and community. We have indoor runs only and multiple built–in noise barriers, to prevent disruption to neighbors and community. We participate and sponsor multiple school fundraisers per year.
